A Warm Welcome To You All

This year marks a new development for me within my counselling practice. I have been accepted into the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellor’s Approved Clinical Supervisor program as a candidate for this designation.

I therefore have two offerings; counselling for anyone wishing to work through issues they might have and clinical supervision for counsellors wishing to further their professional development.

If you are looking for counselling, you will want to know that I work from a systemic framework with individuals, couples and families. Together, we explore current habit patterns based upon family of origin, mental health and substance use, trauma issues, etc., using a number of different therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, some Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Theory, Trauma-Informed Practice, Theory of Constructed Emotion, etc.). My experience with Mental Health and Substance Use is extensive.

If you are looking for clinical supervision, please email me directly (contact information is found in the Contact section of the website) and I will give you a detailed explanation of the process and scope of clinical supervision and the parameters surrounding how this can work.

You can book using my Jane App or contact me directly using my email or by leaving a voice message or text on my phone.

I am looking forward to connecting with you!
